Do you think it is legitimate to abstain from voting on Sunday 17 April in referendum on augers? Or do you think that to be good citizens to vote you have to go there?

We do not go into the merits of the referendum arguments concerning drilling in the sea (okay, okay, the extension of the extractive concessions until the depletion of the field), but we point out the unusual alignment of a chef who takes to slap the lovers of anti-interventionist rhetoric, very common among his colleagues.

(Translation: let's mind our own business: who benefits from taking sides?).

Specifically, we are talking about the chef Antonio Bufi, bearded former student of Moreno Cedroni, currently at the restaurant The Jars of Bari and its brigade, which invites you to vote yes to the abrogation of drills, and does so with a plate.

The name couldn't be more direct: No Triv ”.

It looks like a broth of wakame seaweed, bonito (or tombarello, in short, we are talking about fish) and purple cabbage which together symbolize the blue of the deep sea. Outside there is a prawn, and then raw shrimp, mussel and seared squid.

Everything is literally "dirtied" by black olive oil that simulates petroleum; in the center, to take the place of the drill, here is a fusillone.

Look at it.
