At first Leon Borja looks like an ordinary biker. Long hair, life on the road, Harley Davidson as a horse to ride.
However, if we add the exotic charm of the Brazilian who moved to London, the words pork and beef tattooed on the knuckles of his hands, belonging to the chefs of the Harley-Dogs clique, you understand that the role of hormone asphalt paver does not detract from anyone.
There's more: the place where Leon cooks.
You will not find a better example of street food, as the Brazilian biker cooks directly in his Harley, parked outside the Mother's Kelly pub in East London.
Gas cylinder as an appendage to the bike and hanging grill: you have never seen a more rock'n'roll sandwich than this.

Flavors that in the best tradition of street food overwhelm you like an unexpected slap. Situation at the limit (very at the limit) of the Asl tolerance. Necessarily minimalist approach: only three ingredients for the hamburger (meat, salt and juicy marrow).
And then sandwiches without sviolinate, "but often better than those that reign on Instagram", specifies Leon, available in three options: Pedigree (hot dog with sausage, pickles and fried onion), Stray Dog (hot dog inspired by Brazilian recipes, with spicy sausage), Mother Burger (three-layer burger).
But don't think badly: the cook cares a lot about the sandwiches he prepares.
He tells with some pride that he has searched for a long time for the most suitable bread, that he has tried 25 different hot dogs before choosing the one he currently serves, and that he has the butcher, from whom he buys the meat for the burgers, in common with the House. Real, no less.

To be able to attract customers, Borja, who dreams of opening an outdoor place to cook and make music, keeps prices low. He had also adopted the policy of paying as much as you can, but often even those who could pay little, so he went back to more traditional methods.

One idea would be to move the Harley motorized kitchen to the London summer music festivals. The smaller and more underground the better: Leon tried to slip into some big event, but his requests were turned down.
