Who does not know Davide Oldani? While riding the pop philosophy, the star-chef continues to throw himself into the hyper-populated mix of cookbooks, opens iconic cafes in Malpensa, does not mind TV, is about to transfer his glorious DO in a more appropriate and modern location.
And if he is asked to be the first Italian chef to 3D print his figured dishes, he pulls back.
It happens at Seeds & Chips, the digital startup exhibition in the field at the table in progress in Milan until May 14, where Oldani printed rice and saffron, his most famous dish, from his computer via a 3D printer.
As you can see in these photos, the Milanese chef did not limit himself to risotto, but thanks to the three-dimensional printer he also created some baskets with avocado and edible flowers.
