Suddenly, an advertisement appears on Facebook: it says "Would you like to enter Antonino Cannavacciuolo's kitchen?"

Quick as a ferret, I click and here is the proposal: for 199 euros you can spend a couple of hours in the kitchens of Villa Crespi in the company of the cooks and learn how to prepare three dishes.

Now.

- The detractors will say: I also have to pay to work.

- The supporters will reply: how cool, two hours behind the scenes with Tonino's guys (you will in fact be entrusted to their hands).

- Doubts will think: 199 euros… um, spend it to stay in the kitchen or to sit at the table?

I am among the supporters. In my opinion it's a really good idea.

A unique experience: being able to see how a great gastronomic machine works up close and perhaps discovering two tricks to prepare an appetizer, a first course and a dessert that can then be used to amaze friends at home.

Of course: 199 euros are 199 euros, it's 99.50 an hour (the experience lasts from 9.30 to 11.30 and is offered from Wednesday to Friday), it's not cheap. But it is a truly unique thing. And then Villa Crespi is in a magnificent place.

I am so convinced that I think I will. Of course, then, left without money, I'll have to eat a Capri at the Autogrill.

But you can't have it all.
