How many times have we said to ourselves: what a great communicative capacity Bottura has; unforgettable those “herbal teas” with Scabin; how much rigor Cracco … In short: every chef has a virtue that distinguishes him.
So I played Victor Frankenstein: I tried to compose my perfect cook by adding the pieces of ten professionals with very different characteristics. That is: Massimo Bottura, Antonio Guida, Giorgione, Davide Scabin, Niko Romito, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Heinz Beck, Chef Rubio, Enrico Crippa and Carlo Cracco.
But in making a puzzle it is essential to put the tiles in the right place, woe to mix them. Otherwise, a monster comes. Don't believe it?
By changing the order, the "Dream Cook" becomes a "Nightmare Cook". I'll show you below.
The dream cook
He is exuberant like Massimo Bottura
He is as kind as Antonio Guida
He is a mate like Giorgione
He accompanies you on good nights like Davide Scabin
He is as sharp as Niko Romito
It has the physicality of Antonino Cannavacciuolo
Speak German like Heinz Beck
It has the sex appeal of Chef Rubio
It has the essentiality of Enrico Crippa
He is strong-willed like Carlo Cracco

Few but unshakable certainties: I don't trust those who don't cook with extra virgin olive oil
I would start in fourth place to have my say on the noisy turmoil of the last few hours, that is, cooking with extra virgin olive oil would be a useless waste of money.
