Dear Romans, neighboring citizens or passing travelers, here's some good news: Cooking for Art is back from Saturday 26 to Monday 28 October.

What it is by now you should know: a party dedicated to food that brings together in the same place, the Officine Farneto, all the best of the Capitoline culinary scene.

A few names?

1. In the kitchen: Oliver Glowig (Oliver Glowig) and Anthony Genovese (Il Pagliaccio), Giulio Terrinoni (Acquolina) and Angelo Troiani (Il Convivio), Cristina Bowerman (Glass Hostaria) and Roy Caceres (Metamorfosi), Gianfranco Pascucci (Il Convivio) Porticciolo) and Arcangelo Dandini (The Archangel), Maurizio Serva (The Trout) and Flavio Di Maio (Flavio al Velavevodetto) just to name a few.

2. On pizza and baking: Stefano Callegari (00100, Sforno, Tonda), Gino Sorbillo (Pizzeria Sorbillo), Gabriele Bonci (Pizzarium) and Alessandro and Pierluigi Roscioli (Forno Roscioli).

3. Under pastry: Alba Esteve (Marzapane), Andrea De Bellis (Pasticceria De Bellis), Fabio Trinti (Splendor Partenopes).

4. Under the entry ice cream parlor: Stefano Taglioli (La Mucca Bianca), Marco Radicioni (Otaleg) and Emanuele Fattori (Gelateria Fattori).

As if that weren't enough, there are producers' stands: from Acquerello rice to Zago beers, from cured meats from the Antica Corte Pallavicina to meat from the butcher Fracassi.

Have you decided without delay that you want to be there?

Let's go in order.

Admission costs € 10 and includes 5 tokens to sample the chefs' dishes in the Gourmet area, a glass and 10 wine tastings. The dishes cost a maximum of 5 tokens and can be purchased at the entrance to the Crystal Garden.

Don't worry though, babysat them as we are, we at Dissapore are giving away 20 special tickets, each of which includes 10 tokens to taste the chefs' dishes as well as the glass and wine tastings.

To who? Given that in this edition the theme of Cooking for Art is mountain cuisine, to 20 readers who in our sole discretion they will best describe their favorite comfort food, food that warms, consoles and gratifies.

For those who run out of tickets - because they are busy doing something else instead of reading Dissapore - all the info on the program, costs and timetables are here.
