Video: Michelin Guide Restaurants: New Year's Eve menus and prices of all new Italian stars
2024 Author: Cody Thornton | [email protected]. Last modified: 2023-12-16 12:26
It will arrive on December 31st with the new year's menu once again, rest assured, and also the train with Brasil on television, the lentils a little overcooked and the whole party attachment at all costs that forced sociality requires us every year. But there is also a different way to sanctify the obligatory party and, needless to say, is to indulge in good food without hesitation, to indulge, if you can afford it, a starry party luxury.
What better opportunity does the unrepentant gourmand have to try the 27 new restaurants starred by the Michelin guide (minus one given that Le Tre Lune closed shortly after the red guide came out), a good alternative to the restaurant under the house that offers the usual New Year's Eve menu with consequent price inflation for the festive occasion.
If we really have to indulge in something special, I say, it's really worth it.

Iyo (Milan)
Like every year, Italy's first star-studded fusion proposes its classic card, without forcing anyone to make an imposed choice.
The Funnel (Lucca)
Chef Cristiano Tomei doesn't have a normally written menu, let alone on New Year's Eve. But, even when we ask him for a little anticipation for dinner on December 31st, assuming some Christmas tree bark on the paper, he assures us that there will certainly be lots of love and lots of kisses for all customers.
The starred who go to celebrate
Berton in Milan closes after Christmas lunch and reopens on 7 January.
Mammà takes long holidays in Capri and reopens in April 2015.
With La Gallina di Gavi we meet again from March 19th. In April the Relais Blu in Massa Lubrense and the Pan Flute in Ravello also reopen. Il Cappero di Vulcano is also closed.
