The Di Martino pasta factory, founded in 1912 and led today by Giuseppe di Martino, the Campania entrepreneur who brought the Pastificio dei Campi brand to success, appreciated by artisan pasta enthusiasts, produces 9,000 tons of pasta every year, sold in 125 formats different and made with 100% Italian durum wheat, with an annual turnover of over 140 million euros.
Dolce & Gabbana's customizations concern the most popular formats - spaghetti, penne rigate, short mixed pasta and paccheri - wrapped in brightly colored papers with references to Italian symbols and monuments.
In Italy, the packs are available in Di Martino stores in Naples and Bologna, or online from 15 November.
