The first weekend after the end of the lockdown it seems to be under the banner of nightlife everywhere. As the authorities feared (who in fact had taken various precautions, in Piedmont as in Rome, for example) many people poured into the streets and squares to drink a glass as if nothing had happened.
In Genoa, in the historic center, the dehors were full, and the Guardia di Finanza had to intervene on the waterfront to disperse a crowd of customers in front of a club. Even worse the situation in Savona, where the images of the crowded dock have made the rounds of social networks.
So in Brescia, and almost everywhere, with images that feed the feeling that now, after the runners, the finger is being pointed at the locals' patrons. And the Piedmontese "antimovida" ordinance (confirmed in Turin by the mayor Chiara Appendino), which changed the rules for the distribution of alcohol and the opening hours of the premises on weekends, has little effect.
The new rules seem to have achieved the only goal of making managers and owners of the shops furious, who suddenly saw the cards on the table change on their first opening weekend. Instead, for the people, it seems to have not been a great deterrent: the squares and streets of the Piedmontese capital were swarming with people, most of the time - it must be said - neatly seated at the tables of the dehors.
