New one recall on the Salute.gov website: this time a lot of the Larded salami - Salumificio Cardinali because of a microbiological risk. In this case, both the publication date on the site and the official date on the recall notice are the same: 30 July 2020.

The exact sales name of the withdrawn product is Salame lardellato, the product brand is not relevant (in the sense that nothing was reported in this item in the recall notice), while the name or company name of the FBO in the name of the which the product is marketed is Salumificio Cardinali srl. The identification mark of the plant or of the manufacturer is IT 9-2180 / L, while the name of the producer is always Salumificio Cardinali srl with headquarters of the plant in via Bora in Monte Rinaldo, province of Fermo.

The batch number of production affected by the recall is 16. Also in this case, the sections relating to the expiration date or minimum storage term or the one relating to the description of weight / volume of the sales unit have not been completed in the recall notice.

The reason for the recall indicated in the notice is a generic one microbiological non-compliance, but nothing else is specified. The warnings simply read not to consume the product and to bring it back to the point of purchase.
