Chinese restaurants: one of the largest in Europe under construction in Prato amid a thousand controversies

TO lawn in 2021 one of the most will open great Chinese restaurants in Italy and Europe, and the works have already begun, amid a thousand controversies. The maxi restaurant will be hosted by Macrolotto Zero, the industrial district of Prato which over the years has become one of the largest and most populous Chinatowns in Italy.

The restaurant will have 750 seats: around 600 in the hall on the ground floor and 150 on the first floor, where the private rooms for the wealthiest customers will be located. A space that will extend over an area of about 2500 square meters: the project also provides for the construction of a parking lot with 130 parking spaces for customers, of which about fifty will be deprived of the room and will be located on the roof of the structure. A pharaonic project, carried out by the Chinese property H. C. Group, which apparently will see the light already for the summer of 2021.

The work actually started, where there was a supermarket of the Lidl chain before. But the residents are not all happy with the news: the residents' committee of the area has in fact repeatedly complained about the inconvenience for the inhabitants of the neighborhood. First of all there is the problem of parking, which a place with about 1000 seats could certainly contribute to congestion: for this reason the owner of the new place has taken on the construction of thirty new parking spaces in an area not far from the restaurant, to be placed available to the inhabitants of the neighborhood.
