In the end, two men were investigated who, according to the investigations coordinated by the Como Prosecutor's Office, had a very precise and well-established pact: no fines to the employee or other customers of the restaurant. Everything was repaid with a practical exchange of goods: dinners and lunches to give thanks for the favor.

For now, the investigation concerns only the individual employee and not the entire restaurant, and in fact the company that owns the restaurant is proceeding to protect itself from this affair, disclosing a press statement in which it assures everyone of its extraneousness to the facts, taking care to point out that they "are unrelated to any involvement, as are the shareholders and the sole director".

"The crime allegations concern an employee, and not the manager, of the restaurant", who - the company involved says - no longer works for the restaurant since the beginning of the year. For this reason, the note continues, the company "awaits the development of the criminal proceedings and reserves the right to protect itself in court against the subjects responsible for the economic and image damage".
