Monday 17th May in UK will finally reopen i pub also indoors, and the nation’s small craft breweries are working hard for what could be a golden moment.

After a really tough year, which put craft beer production in crisis, the reopening of pubs in England could in fact represent a turning point. As we have already seen with the highly anticipated moment of the first relaxation of restrictions in the UK, and the reopening of outdoor pubs, the British are very thirsty, both for socializing and for beer.

The large multinationals, in fact, have made no small effort to ensure the supply of beer necessary to satisfy all those who, after a long time of lockdown, have finally found themselves in British pubs.

And it is here that small craft breweries can come into play in an important way, intervening where the big players are unable to satisfy requests 100%. And for this reason they are working hard to increase production.

According to the British Beer & Pub Association, on Monday it is estimated that 45,000 pubs will fully reopen and approximately 3 million pints will be needed, although the reopening does not yet allow the pubs to be filled to the maximum, which indoors must still keep the distance to customers. A big step towards normality and a great opportunity for all beer producers.
